When I graduated from Boston University Questrom School of Business with my undergraduate degree in 2016, I was interviewed by the school and shared my dream of becoming a bridge between East and West. I never imagined that years later, Growbie would be born in my Harvard Business School dorm room and grow into a global community of over 7,000 members spanning 200+ cities around the world.

Today, Growbie members come from all walks of life. Our community includes high school students exploring their future, college and graduate students pursuing dream careers, working professionals navigating promotions and career transitions, and entrepreneurs building the next generation of companies. Our members represent diverse industries ranging from finance, consulting, and technology to healthcare, science, arts, media, and entrepreneurship.

While every Growbie's journey is different, they are united by a common aspiration: to overcome fear, step outside their comfort zones, and become the best versions of themselves. We've watched shy students become confident speakers, first-time networkers host community events, and strangers become lifelong friends, mentors, co-founders, and champions for one another. At Growbie, networking is not just about landing a job. It's about unlocking confidence, building meaningful relationships, and creating a life filled with opportunity.
