While we welcome everyone to join Growbie, we know our community is not for everyone.

Growbie is for people with fire in their hearts: people who are ambitious, growth-oriented, and committed to becoming the best versions of themselves. Our members choose courage over comfort. Instead of accepting rejection or waiting for opportunities to appear, they take ownership of their future and actively create opportunities for themselves through the power of relationships.

Our members range from high school students and college students to working professionals, founders, and executives across industries. What unites us is a shared belief that growth happens outside of our comfort zones and that we are stronger together.

We regularly bring Growbies together through both virtual and in-person events around the world, from global speed networking sessions to city dinners and community gatherings. One thing we can promise: whenever Growbies get together, the conversations almost always last three times longer than planned. Because when ambitious, curious, and generous people come together, magic happens.
